Officer headed towards Central and Haverhill. Looks like there's a stalled vehicle just east of Haverhill on Central in the south lanes, eastbound lanes, blocking traffic. And there's nobody out with it. No lights on on it. Just don't want somebody to hit it. East side of Haverhill and Central in the eastbound lanes. What was the vehicle description?
