East Bishop 1st and complainant 1st, Sunoco, 6125 Main Street, being called in by the employee. The black male's wearing a baseball hat, black jacket, black pants, asking people for money in the lot, going through the garbage. Complainant believes he possibly stole stuff. 22 was out with him earlier. It's going to be at Rashad Barker's party. He's not going to tell us who. He did provide us with the last two days, though. 10-4. 11, we'll cover.
