35. I have a battery in progress, Sacramento and Van Buren. It's anonymous. Says that there's a fight happening. There's a vehicle blocking the ramp at the location. A couple is trying to pull someone out of their vehicle. It's a male black and a female black, wearing blue bottoms and a black top. Female has on white top, black bottoms. They got out of the car in front of another car and are trying to pull someone else out.
