16 to Locust. If I can have a kick-ass, there's a suspect in the area on 36th Street and Martin Avenue. 36th and Martin Ave. No caller to be seen. Caller states two young Black males, both in dark clothing, they're on scooters in traffic. Possibly southbound for Paul 291.
