Radio to car 48. 48. You can check a 38 that's been holding about 45 minutes. 115 East 5th Avenue at the B Apartments. Caller, Aaron, apartment 404. Said there was a male, White, white shirt, khaki pants, walking westbound with a stick in his hand, banging on doors. There was another call saying the male was inside the lobby, destroying things with a stick. Copy.
