We'll start with 93 Tom on handle, 93 Tom 2 assist, 481 just occurred, Palm Avenue, Cynthia Street, on a cord versus a BMW. BMW left the scene. Last seen westbound Santa Monica. CP's a female, White adult, then on the passenger side of the BMW, White in color, weren't standing by with hazards on, TAC 87. 93 Tom on handle, no plate in the call, returned clear, expired on a 2015 BMW. R.O.'s and address, 561 North Orlando Avenue, apartment 1 out of West Hollywood.
