Man Choking German Shepherd Near Camper Van

For a Mission 6 car for a triple zero (Unknown Complaint  Used for suspicious packages, or to direct officers to CAD for radio-sensitive information) at 17th and Bryan. This occurred about 10 ago. The RP was driving by and he saw someone was choking a dog. Suspect was a light-skinned, unknown race male, 30s, 5'6", medium-build, wearing tan clothing. Also had a large white camper van with wood panels on the back with him. The dog is a German Shepherd, no weapons seen. Unknown if the subject is still there. And RP couldn't confirm if this is the location or not. Again, Mission, again, info only for a Mission 6 car.
