Any Hollenbeck unit, 211 suspect, 2740 East Olympic Boulevard, in front of the Arco gas station. Suspect was last seen walking towards Army and Olympic. Suspect is a transient male, Persian, black jacket and gray hooded sweater with happy faces on it, khaki pants, black shoes. Reached for an unknown item in a black bag. No actual weapons seen. Is now stealing copper wires from the streetlight. Monitor comments code 2, incident 3.
