It's a white male, late 30s, 200 pounds, 5'10", 5'11", with light hair, a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and boots. A unknown weapon, beer arrived in a faded gray Toyota Corolla with a plate of Charlie Robert Paul 3328. Complainant thinks it's 647. There's no one for contact. It's 1714.
