Suspicious subject at 466 East Highland, cross of Highland Hills, on a white male with a blue hat and red t-shirt with a lettering and black khaki shorts with a black backpack that was seen looking into the trash can. No weapons were seen, not HPD or UI, and the subject was last seen on foot towards the location from the dead end of Highland at 466 East Highland Drive.
