Caller states that a white female, 40s, short hair, wearing glasses, red shirt, black pants, sandals, put her hands on a disabled white male in his 60s, black hair, balding, wearing a red shirt and army print shorts, slapped him and was being demeaning. with an additional male and walked into this location. No weapons, drinking or drug seen. Denied medical. Parties arrived in an off-white sedan, license plate.
