Sorry, I was looking for Car 12 and Car 4. Car 4. 86 Orchard Hill Park Drive, Target. In a call reporting, she saw a group of kids messing with a piece of equipment that was to the right of the building. She thought it might have been a forklift type of machinery, and that while they were running away, one of the vehicles was smoking, but she's no longer on scene, and the kids weren't there either.
