53, strong-armed robbery just occurred, snowed in apartments, 400 James Street, apartment 1401 up in North State. Caller is a Joey Cook. Hard to understand him. It's a 40-year-old white male tried to rob the caller. And the suspect is a drug addict. Asking approximately 10 minutes to go. Unknown direction of travel with the suspect. Last seen wearing a white shirt and blue shorts, 1946.
