District 58, District 58, can I have a unit 96 to the intersection there of Jacksonville, Cutoff, and Gibson? Jacksonville, Cutoff, and Gibson, he made contact with Joseph. He states he met there at an address to set an e-bike. He states it was stolen approximately five minutes ago by a black male. He believes he's under 18 years of age, all black, Nike hoodie. He says he's wearing a black ski mask, crossing northbound on Gibson five minutes ago.
