Go ahead. Check for a 10-85 in the area of Jackson, in Ennis, near the Bell Tower. Surgeon could be a Black male in his 30s, slim-build, multiple t-shirt and baggy shorts. Caller advised it looks like he was trying to tamper with some air conditioners.
