This is in the area of northbound Peabody from Air Base. Less than five ago, RP saw a gray Kia Soul plate 9 Victor Boy Yellow 588 going northbound, and there was a female screaming for help. She opened the door and then just heard screaming. The driver's a BFA, and the passenger's possibly an older male. There's a 21 in rims for the RO.
