47, 185 Chateau Drive, no contact with complainant. She advises there's a white-complected, Black male, thin-build, appears to be 40 to 50 with a scruffy beard, red jeans and red shoes, no shirt. The subject's been yelling to himself and keeps putting his arms up in a fighting stance. Advise.
