Both going to the East Lansing Library, 950 Abbott Road. Caller says her husband's on scene there. A homeless male stole their kid's water bottle and was chasing the kid's wood earlier. Library won't give them footage, but apparently the male accused is leaving the library now. Unknown description at this time, but again, the husband is there.
