Ladder 17 to alarm. Looks like all occupants are out of the vehicle. We're having to make a U-turn to get access to it, but we'll be on scene in one minute. We'll advise. 10-4, Ladder 17. Alarm to all companies responding to Bellingham Parkway and Josh Birmingham. It looks like the accident was a result of male having a seizure. A lot closer.
