Credit, Mid-Origin Credit Union East at 1386 Northeast Cushing Drive. RP's a witness only. Saw a male in a truck that backed into a car, took off. Southbound on Cushing and then eastbound on Medical Center. It's a white work truck. I'm running the plate now.
