Anywheres to all cars, District 3, California, for any animal complaint, all cars at Harris Teeter, 44900 St. Andrews Church Road. 10-17 advised that there is a, what appears to be a pit bull locked inside of a vehicle. It's going to be a white-blue Hyundai Sonata parked near the Tesla Chargers. Car is not running. Animal appears to be panting, tethered to the back seat. Any units able to respond, 1702. Units responding to EMS response, St. Mary's Riken High School, now on scene, 10-22, 1702.
