708 North 5th Street. 78-year-old male fell, now has a laceration on his left arm from poking glass. The bleeding is being controlled. Unable to get up from the floor, weighs about 200 pounds. Says he does not want to go to the hospital. The glass is from the front door, which fell when he fell.
