Charlie 3 Central. 3 Herring Street. If you're having a welfare check at 1466 Cherry Road at the Cherry Park, cross street, Cameron Drive, check on the trail at the three and a quarter mile mark. Should be right off of Eden Terrace. Check for a male subject wearing a red shirt, possibly under the influence and shouting.
