Attention, Decatur County EMS, Westport Fire, Letts Fire. Decatur County EMS, Westport Fire and Letts Fire. I have a box structure fire at 201 East Mulberry Street. 201 East Mulberry Street in Westport. My caller advised that some of the wires are sparking inside of her electrical breaker box and it's smoking as well. She didn't see flames currently, but it's getting everybody out of the residence.
