732, I'm on a L27 Victor here at 1600 Southwest 8th Street. The complainant advised that his backpack was taken out of his tour van. He was left on the lot. This happened between 11-4 when he arrived, but he didn't know that it was going to fill around 110. He had left the scene, was in another location. He didn't know if his bag was gone. He is actively trying to because he just can't look ahead. Okay, I think he has a hook and tie, and his UPI's unable. He's currently going to 923.
