99 Biltmore Drive. The landlord stated somebody was on the property who has previously attempted to steal. Female tried to break into the caller's room and steal things. They wanted to make a report that the female was on location. Landlord told the caller to make a report. Happened about 10 to 15 minutes ago. It's a white female, 40s, white dress, short, and has black hair. The suspect did leave on foot. 10-4. CP, you're going to be sending me that letter? Yes, sir.
