99 Hillside Ave, for dispersal, received two calls. A group of juveniles in the back, smoking narcotics, refusing to leave. Also mentioned three vehicles. One male's outside of a vehicle, no shirt. Caller states he's suspicious, wants them also removed. The property manager calling in. Code 3.
