Respond 1 for a larney at 20 Higgins Street, apartment 117. It's going to be for a package that was delivered and a resident in a different unit is believed to have taken that package. Going to be meeting with the resident, Linda Forner, 4-13-19-58. She said if you could please ring the bell, she'll buzz you in. She is in her apartment, unable to come outside.
