Engine 303, fire alarm. Engine 303, go ahead. Engine 3, SO did not have a call started, but they do have units that are getting started now. Copy. We are, at this time, removing the driver from the vehicle, going to get him to dry land. The vehicle is incapacitated, will not move. Check.
