Disturbance, 2201 South 10th Street, Cheerio Apartments. Debbie with Midwest Towing is calling in. They've got a driver on location here that has a Jeep Grand Cherokee loaded on the tow truck. The vehicle owner has gone in the Jeep and is refusing to get out or pay for the vehicle to be unloaded. Caller didn't have any information on the PR. 2201 South 10th Street, Cheerio Apartments. Engine 5 and Medic 5, zone 122, medical delta response, chest pain at 5700 Fremont Street.
