Alright, time of cast is busy. We're getting a main... That is so not what it's called. It's called a marine distress. 100 North Central Park at Garfield Park says saw a tan sedan that is on the ramp going into the lagoon. Unsure if anyone is inside the vehicle. They saw it at around 820 hours when he saw someone inside of the vehicle. And this is still coming in, details to follow. 1124.
