13601 Plymouth. Male caller states the subject keeps coming to the location making threats towards he and his family. Says that subject is carrying a weapon while unlicensed. Just recently released from prison and is outside the location armed, looking for the male caller. States that subject is following him and wants to kill him. Possible Arabic language.
