24. 24. This person, 598 Burnside Ave on the first floor. Your caller is a liar. He said that there was a Hispanic male in his 40s. He's got glasses and a black t-shirt and hat on. Was knocking at the door for about 5-10 minutes. He's now outside by a white Nissan that's blocking the driveway. Apparently this is ongoing and he's been coming over three or four times a day.
