County 59, call on Prospect. 59, you're responding 311 Prospect Street in Uniontown. Third party call. 79-year-old female, conscious alert, breathing normally. Believes that may be having a stroke. Advising of left sided drooping. Balance is off. Does have a history of strokes. They're advising there's a big oak tree outside of the residence.
