Tammany Hill, 3120 Staten, 3127 Avenue. Black male, 18 to 25 years old, greenish-gray hoodie and dark pants. He was asking people for the Wi-Fi password, wandering around the complex. He was trying to get into a unit through a window as well. Checked on. Complainant doesn't want contact as well. He's an employee there.
