969. Both cars trespassing. 10721 Q Street. 107, sorry, O Street. 10721 Ozen Ocean, apartment 8. Ray's called in, watching from her camera. Said there's a bug guy, white male, 30s to 40s, blue shirt, black pants, tan shoes. He's in her apartment and has been there for a while. He's carrying a spray can. Caller thinks it's odd because he usually takes him less than five minutes. He's been there for over 15.
