Franks 2 and 4 for a couple of unwanted folks at the Allstate Insurance, 4274 East Town Boulevard, out on the balcony area. Initially, it was five to six people, but only two remained, a black male in a black sweatshirt and another black male in a black and white sweatshirt. Basically, just ignored the caller's request to move along.
