301 in the area, 202 Dickerson Drive South. 202 Dickerson Drive South, between Fieldcrest and Manfield Drive. Originally, a caller was plotting this address from the neighbor outside kicking and dragging his dog. Looks like he's calling back. The neighbor lives at 213 Fieldcrest, 213 Fieldcrest. Again, stating that the male was dragging his dog, and he hung up on the first time because the neighbor saw him calling.
