Attention Northwest 51, Frank 131, Frank 156. Frank 131, Frank 156 for a welfare check of a child. 4555 Clover Lake Drive. Two-year-old Black female, only wearing a diaper, found running down the street. Child had dirty hands. There were no adults around. The female complainant brought the baby to her home to wait on officers. 4500 North, 2500 West.
