John sector holding what came in as blocking traffic, Northwest 75 and 28 Northwest. It's a utility truck with lights flashing and a beeping noise for over an hour. Caller thinks it's occupied. It's blocking 75th. They talked to City Light, it's not theirs. Same caller just called back now saying they think the driver is in distress. These are the situation, unable to specify further. It's a white utility truck blocking Northwest 75 at 28 Northwest.
