Start towards a varsity, priority 2 at 1522 Virginia Avenue. 1522 Virginia Avenue. We have a third party complainant, Charles. He was witnessing a subject outside with a guy in a ski mask trying to break into a car. He was clapping at another guy trying to get his attention. Looks like he was trying to break into a vehicle. Didn't look like it was his vehicle. He was last seen walking back towards Varsity Park. We're trying to get a description. I'm not sure if he actually made entry into the vehicle or not. We still have our caller on the phone.
