Can you check the area, 830 Robinson and Rhone? Caller, Zach, reporting that there's a subject walking through yards, acting strange. He ran away from the caller when he stuck outside. He's a male wearing all black. Caller's going to be at the corner at Robinson and Daniel. Man who possibly ran is possibly on the Andrews Street this time, cross of Daniel and King.
