812 and 828, Tabitha's calling in reference to the MVC. She said it's 531, 17 East Joppa. She was involved, said one of the vehicles left or it was a hit-and-run. She's in a white SUV, Nissan Rogue. Then there's another call coming in from Hartford and East Joppa. It says there's a language barrier, but a black Toyota Tacoma, red pickup truck, and a Chevy was involved. It's blocking traffic, but it says that the subject left on foot.
