Vehicle at the Apex Apartments, 4126 Raynor Parkway. RP advised she was out on a walk and felt like she was being followed by a white truck with an extended bed, unknown plate. Advised it was driving around the parking lot and rolling down its passenger window at her. She doesn't want to be seen just once the area checked. Suspicious vehicle, Apex Park.
