10-4, it's going to be a traffic block at Wilkinson and Sam Wilson for a small, dark SUV blocking the road in the left lane. Three-headed westbound before that intersection. It'll be unoccupied with no lights on. Complainant says there's possibly a tow truck behind it, but he couldn't be sure. No further. 1307, I'll add you to that. 4.
