514, was COT able to get a 20 on that? It's at 700 East I-80 Westbound. It doesn't look to be a mattress. It keeps flying up in the air. Several vehicles are hitting it and still continuing on. Copy. Also, 10-14, I just saw a local unit on the state westbound off-ramp. It looked like they were blocking traffic. 10-4, copy.
