66, 488 just occurred at Safeway. RP states an X-ray with a limp, just walked out with a handcart filled with parking dies, unknown amount of loss at this time. Subject was last seen in the area of the Dollar Store. RP states the store wants charges pressed. White female, adult, brown hair and a ponytail, last seen wearing a flowy shirt and white baggy pants. RP should be standing by outside of the self-checkout for contact if needed.
