11-09, radio. 11-09. You sent out a BOLO to zone 4. It's going to be a mid-30s gentleman, African-American male, bald, wearing all black. He ran west on MLK towards 3650 MLK, wearing all black. He fled once 11-11 was trying to detain him. He ran west on MLK.
