84, you're en route, signal 80. Southbound I-481 at mile marker 88.9. Caller's stating this is before the 690 interchange over the train tracks. Looks like a vehicle hit the barrier. The driver's saying they're physically okay, just mentally not okay. Not sure the extent of the injuries at this time. East Syracuse Fire District, 2250.
