0. 10-6 to the intersection of South Indiana and East Kilbourne. 10-17 called in a Black male with a white shirt, light-colored pants. He was laying in the grass. When the caller drove by, he tried to get in their car and was saying nonsensical things. Caller is now in a Manitowel, in a tan Buick.
